Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Gate55 LLC ("Gate55", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the Gate55 website, templates, and related services (together, the "Services"). By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

All purchases are processed through our payment partners. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel any subscription at any time from your account settings.

We offer a 14-day refund window on individual template purchases provided the code has not been substantially used in a published application. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models, (b) resell or redistribute templates as standalone products, (c) use the Services to create content that infringes third-party rights, or (d) use the Services in any unlawful manner.

All Services, including templates, source code, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Gate55 LLC or its licensors. Your rights to use the templates are governed by the License Agreement available at the License page.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gate55 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gate55's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease, except those provisions that by their nature should survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
